The Innovation in Politics Awards 2024 celebrated its distinguished winners on May 2nd at the Maritime Museum of Barcelona. This year’s gala highlighted outstanding political initiatives from 7 different categories, recognized for their impact and innovation across diverse fields including democracy, technology, and education. Hosted in Barcelona, the European Capital of Democracy for 2023-2024, the event drew over 500 guests, including prominent European officials and leaders. Out of 334 projects from 26 countries, 70 finalists were honoured, with 10 projects earning the prestigious award in their respective categories, underscoring the vibrant exchange of transformative ideas aimed at strengthening democracy.
